Four years after the events of Halloween Kills, Lauire (Jamie Lee Curtis) lives with her granddaughter Allyson (Andi Matichak) and is in the process of completing her memoir. Michael Meyer has not been seen since, and Laurie has decided that he will no longer control her life. But when a young man is accused of having killed a boy he babysat, a new wave of violence and terror begins, which forces Laurie once and for all to confront the evil she can't control.
