The Diet Shake series is part of Nupo's whole food range, which means that it is a very low-calorie product, which also contains all the vitamins, minerals and nutrients that the body needs. Nupo belongs to the group of protein-rich low-calorie diets - which in English are called Very Low Calorie Diets (VLCD). You can use NUPO both as a full meal replacement and as a meal replacement. However, pregnant women, breastfeeding women, children, adolescents and the elderly should only use NUPO in consultation with their doctor.
